It's a fragment, so I'm not sure what the actual verb of the sentence is.
It's something like:
"Manufactured without harmful chemicals using 100% organic cotton, and non-toxic water-based ink, Mad [sic] Green Pod's signature print ... [end of fragment]"
My Japanese is not perfect by any stretch, so take it with a grain of salt.
Note: Mad (mod?) Green Pod signature print was printed onto 100% organic cotton manufactured w/o any harmful chemicals, using water-based, harmful-chemical free ink..
