I need this hat!

From MeadowSweetOrganics' etsy shop. In Mod Green Pod's Bloom. By the way, we are in very short supply of the very popular Bloom, so get it while you can . . . .

A little love for the pairing of Glimmer and Bloom

Rickshaw Bagworks

After using my Rickshaw Bagworks Moleskine Folio for the past four months, I'm not sure how I ever lived without it. It holds my money, credit cards, receipts, pencils, business cards and sometimes my iPhone. It also contains my Moleskine notebook (with grid paper, of course) full of work notes, grocery lists, random doodles, and occasional wacky ideas for projects that may or may not happen. (Okay, there are probably way too many wacky ideas in there but I can dream of creating or actually create. See below.) I also have a secret photo tucked into one of the flaps--a friend surprised me with it and it made me laugh so hard the first time I saw it, I knew I needed it with me at all times.

If you see me around, ask me to show off my Folio and maybe I'll show you the secret photo, too. And get your own Folio here! Check "organic cotton" in the menu on the left and you can choose from an array of Mod Green Pod's fabrics. Then grab a Zero Messenger bag (again, click "organic cotton" to see the Mod Green Pod option) to hold your Folio!

Meet Elsie.

She's an Australian acquaintance of ours, introduced by our friends, The Organic Mamas. Check out their blog to read more about this gorgeous lady. If you are in Australia, The Organic Mamas carry our full line of organic cotton textiles and vinyl-free wallpapaer!

(Elsie is snazzily dressed in MGP's Bloom.)

Lotus Bleu in San Francisco

Bay Area friends, check out Lotus Bleu's new Mod Green Pod collection, much of which is currently in the window of their store at 327 Hayes Street in San Fran. If you aren't in the Bay Area, you can still purchase their one-of-a-kind furnishings and accessories from their website. They haven't updated the e-commerce store with the brand new Mod Green Pod pieces (they are quite busy preparing for the expansion of their brick-and-mortar store) but I couldn't wait to post the pics I just received. I'm coveting the reversible Bloom/Atticus chair. Gorgeous!

new press: Crafting a Green World

Yesterday, I was so thrilled to see that one of Mod Green Pod's favorite people, Jackie Hernandez, had written about us in one of our favorite blogs, Crafting a Green World!  THANK YOU!

Mod Green Pod in New Zealand

Mod Green Pod's entire collection is now available in New Zealand through our new distribution partner, Good Yarn.   Mary Spence and Marie Bowes have recently launched this great new business and website and are dedicated to organic cotton, hemp and other green textiles.

They are fully stocked with all of Mod Green Pod's vinyl-free wallpapers and organic cotton textiles and can ship to New Zealand and Australia as soon as you place your order here.

Mod Green Pod in Germany

Linda Gaylord's well-curated and beautifully designed German e-commerce fabric shop, Volksfaden, is now carrying Mod Green Pod textiles.  Our German (and all European Union customers) now have quick and easy access to some of our most popular organic cotton prints!

Our magical connection to the beautiful Spruces of the world!

We are somehow magically attracted to businesses and blogs named Spruce.  Of course, we are working with our beloved neighbors Spruce Austin, on the upholstery projects we're blogging about and we have blogged about some of the redesigned furniture they sell using Mod Green Pod fabrics in their etsy shop.

But we have two other Spruce friends:

In the past few days, we heard from Nomita and Cheryl at Spruce New Orleans about a great post on the Dwell blog, featuring their gorgeous shop.  They wanted to make sure we saw our Bloom fabric (and assorted swatches of our other fabrics) in the top photo.  Their shop looks gorgeous and now I'm dying for a road trip to NoLa. . . .

And Lissa, designer and blogger of Spruce [decor] emailed to tell us she had included several of our prints in a recent post about a little girl's dream room.  I love seeing how people envision our textiles and wallpapers in their projects, imagined or realized!

Thanks, Spruces, for making the world a more beautiful place!
